All medical services are performed directly by Partners under separate agreements between Users and Partners.

No Liability for Partner Services

MediTrip Poland is not a party to any agreements between Users and Partners. Partners bear full responsibility for:

Users must obtain Partner approval before any medical service. MediTrip Poland provides no guarantees regarding Partner performance, outcomes, or availability.
